Alf operates across 17 languages and serves players in multiple currencies. Before you fund an account or request a payout, here's what the operator publishes about its banking: which methods work, how long money takes to clear, and what it costs you.
What it costs and where the ceilings are
Alf sets withdrawal limits by VIP level, not a single cap for all players. The daily and monthly ceilings climb as your activity increases over the 90 days before a withdrawal request. If you haven't placed bets for a month, your status drops to Level 1.
| VIP Level | EUR (per day / month) | GBP equivalent | USD (per day / month) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | €500 / €7,000 | ~£430 / ~£6,000 | $500 / $7,000 |
| Level 2 | €500 / €10,000 | ~£430 / ~£8,600 | $500 / $10,000 |
| Level 3 | €800 / €12,000 | ~£690 / ~£10,300 | $800 / $12,000 |
| Level 4 | €1,000 / €15,000 | ~£860 / ~£12,900 | $1,000 / $15,000 |
| Level 5 | €1,500 / €20,000 | ~£1,290 / ~£17,200 | $1,500 / $20,000 |
The operator also supports NOK, HUF, PLN, NZD, CAD, CZK, AUD, CHF and CLP, each with its own limit structure. The table above shows EUR and USD; equivalent ceilings apply to the other currencies at roughly comparable exchange rates.
Pending withdrawals are capped at three on your account at any time. You cannot queue a fourth request until one of the first three clears.
Deposits are set at the Company's discretion. There is no stated withdrawal fee, but a 1x rollover applies to every deposit: if you deposit and withdraw without wagering at least the deposit amount, the operator keeps 10% of your balance (minimum €0.50), or 15% if you funded the account by card or bank transfer. That is not presented as a fee — it is a penalty for failing to meet the turnover requirement.
Accounts inactive for 180 days are charged €5 per month until you log in again or the balance drops to zero.
Getting money out
Withdrawal requests are processed within three business days after you submit them, and within three business days after your last withdrawal was paid. The financial team works 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday — requests made outside those hours wait until the next working day.
Before your first withdrawal, and sometimes after a deposit, the operator asks for:
- Certified ID
- Proof of residence
- Proof of ownership and transaction history for every payment method you have used — bank statements or card statements
You have 30 days to provide the documents after the request is made. Verification usually completes within ten days once everything is submitted in full. The operator may also call you or ask for face verification.
A withdrawal is declined if you have not wagered at least €20 within the calendar month of your request. That threshold applies regardless of your deposit amount.
Funding an account
Alf supports deposits in EUR, USD, NOK, HUF, PLN, NZD, CAD, CZK, AUD, CHF and CLP. The operator does not publish its accepted payment methods or their individual minimums. The general deposit floor is set by the Company on a per-transaction basis.
Deposits typically clear instantly for card and e-wallet methods. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Prepaid vouchers and mobile wallets fund the account but are not withdrawal routes — payouts return by card, bank transfer or an e-wallet the operator supports.
How to request a payout
- Log in and open the cashier or withdrawal section.
- Select the method you want to use — it must match a method you previously deposited with, or be a standard withdrawal route the operator offers.
- Enter the amount. It cannot exceed your daily or monthly limit for your VIP level, and you cannot have more than three pending requests.
- Confirm the request. If this is your first withdrawal or the operator flags your account for a check, you will be asked to upload documents before the payout is released.
- Wait for the financial team to process it — up to three business days from submission, and only during their working hours (6 AM–5 PM GMT, Monday–Friday).
The operator reserves the right to request additional documents at any point, including face verification or a phone call.
When a payout is late or refused
Withdrawals are held or declined for several common reasons:
- You have not wagered €20 in the calendar month of your request.
- You have not met the 1x rollover on your most recent deposit.
- You already have three pending withdrawals on the account.
- The documents you submitted are incomplete, expired, or do not match the payment method used.
- The request was made outside financial department hours or on a weekend.
If a withdrawal does not arrive within the stated window, or if it is declined and you do not understand why, contact the support team at [email protected]. Have ready the transaction date, the amount, the method you selected, and any reference number shown on your account. The support team is the only channel that can review your request or release a held payout.
